Refunds are not available once your order has been shipped. If your order hasn't shipped yet, you can cancel it by contacting us immediately via email. However, once the product has been shipped, refunds are not possible.

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. All sales are considered final. If you receive any damaged items, please inform us within 5 days to arrange for a replacement.
